Good idea dude, just stick to your plan and get as much exercise as possible.  Also, I know this might sound dumb but it will help, whenever you're thirsty just drink water or sometimes milk.  Maybe some tea as well.  No soda, juice, or any of that energy drink garbage.

And if anyone insults people in this thread, consider their posts deleted.  Not a good place for any type of monkey business.

Do P90X religiously and you will see the pounds fly off and the muscle get put on.

It works, just stick to it, don't cut corners. Don't do half the lesson. It will kick your ass, but it works.

For people who complain it costs too much to buy, any torrent site has it for free, with the nutrition book. No excuses.
"We told [TOM] if we were going to record the album separately, in different studios, our band was ceasing to be a BAND. The magic in the studio is created when the three of us are there TOGETHER, working on parts, discussing, sometimes arguing, all pushing the album forward. Trying to frankenstein a cd together by mailing each other pro tools files to work on in our own private studios was ridiculous. It would lessen the entire album. It would be a terrible cd"...............Mark Hoppus.

i don't like any work out plans or anything

it gets boring fast and is mundane. Rather, just do what works... go for a jog or a swim or bike, do some crunches, just be active and eat well

This way you won't get bored and it won't feel like working out.

Not to sound like I am a spokes person for it, but P90X changes things up.

You actually progress a lot quicker if you do change things up. It creates "muscle confusion".

150 is pretty light dude, I'm 5'11", 155 and I'm really skinny.  Aim for 165-170 with some muscle gain.

p90x is too high intensity, i like to keep it casual and just have fun

I've got a little baby fat, but for the most part I'm comfortable with my body.
