Yeah I'm doing that sort of thing at the moment, but taking it really easy to start off with. I may not be ridiculously out of shape, but I am very unfit. Thanks for the advice guys, I'll see how I go.

If you want to lose weight, doing cardio interval training, like run for 5 minutes, walk for 1, run for 5, walk for 1, etc. That interval training makes you fitter and burns fat faster.
I didn't go to circus fit tonight cos i'm way too hungover and the thought of doing lots of roley poley, long hand-stands, running around the gym on your hands and feet like a cheetah etc made me wanna vom.
The other week I hadn't slept for 2 nights, had only eaten 1 meal in that time and was hungover... Then went for a 30-40 minute run and I felt so fucked. Like my head felt like it was going to explode and my eyes would pop out of my head. Never doing that again..
I've slimmed back down to 165 lbs, fucking gay.
Last 2 days I once a day puked out my food un purpose :s I'm so desperate to lose weight.. I've also done it a few months before. I know that it's unhealthy but it just seems 'the only solution' atm :s
