I should join this club sometime soon. This year ive put on a lot of weight. Fucking university is making me gain more and more weight. When i study i eat and drink shit all the time. And I study a lot. Damn.

Yeah same. I just sit in the computer labs eating a shit load of carbs and don't burn them off.

I do sports 4times a week and I don't eat that unhealthy tbh. My weight is currently 180lbs and I'm 1,87m.. I'm not overweight but as most of you I guess I just want to look more in shape. I should not continue this puking idd but I'm already losing weight after 2 days by only doing it once a day

It's really bad for you and will do much more harm than good. With not eating, or throwing up, you'll lose weight for a bit but eventually your body will start to conserve more fat because it goes into a sort of shock from not getting the nutrients it's used to, and think it needs to save up to fight future starvation.  Not to mention the stomach acid you're throwing up is horrible for your throat, mouth, teeth, etc.

Just eat less, or eat healthier!   It might not have such a drastic change on your weight, but it will make you healthier.  What you're doing is bad for your body, and even if you lose weight you are not helping your body at all.
I only do this until I get dizzy & then I lay down on my back & watch the clouds, he said. It sounds simple but you won't believe how many people forget the second part.

Apparently your body goes into hibernation. It thinks it's not getting much food so when you do eat it stores up the fat to make up for the lack of food. Ultimately, you get fatter and unhealthier.

ive put on SO much weight since leaving school. i left school at like 75 kilos now im 84. so ive ballooned a bit! i need to curb the fatty intake and get more into exercising...but i find it so much easier to exercise in summer as we have a pool and i just do laps

low carb diet..

lots of meat, eggs, seafood and some vegetables

no sugar, bread, rice, fruit, etc..

I heard that the Atkins diet wasn't good for you? Something about not getting your complex carbs or natural energy or something, but I really don't know.

On another note, got a Steve Nash Fitness World (a really nice gym in BC) month pass for $19.00, so I'm stoked that I'll finally be going back to the gym :) Does anyone have any tips to how to burn fat off cardio machines more productively? I'm used to doing cardio (I play high level hockey) but I'm usually doing interval training, which doesn't burn fat so much as it trains your cardio and your endurance. I heard running elliptical is very good, but I never know whether to go short time and hard or longer and average.

Very good that you have a mate who's your "personal trainer" :)!

A friend of mine does triathlon, so once or twice a week we go cycling or swimming. The fact that he is there helps alot cause I want to impress him that I'm getting fitter :)

im going to begin my new cardio weight loss program!.

-Mondays im going to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes followed by indoor soccer.
-Tuesdays a morning jog
-wednesday walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes 10 minute jog/sprint intervals
-Thursdays Jog
-Friday (maybe a day off but if not then treadmill walk)
-Saturday will rotate with friday if i dont take the day off
-Sunday soccer with friends.


going to try and do this aswell as eat healthier and throw in some pushups and situps when i rememer lol. Main thing i want to do is just get some better fitness in me.

Starting today Monday. Im currently 83-4 kilos whichi is like 6 kilos above the normal range for my height. but unfortunately i have skinny legs so i dont get an even spread! :D:D wish me luck and beat my ass if i stop..

Good luck! I plan to start on Tuesday for mine, my midterm is tomorrow so I haven't been able to do anything productive except for hockey due to studying. How come you're only walking on the treadmill though? Go the extra mile and jog! :)

by walking i just meant like sorta half and half. last night i did 3k's walked for about 1.7 (fast walking) and sprinted the other 1.3

so somedays ill jog other i will sort of interval train with walking into hard sprints etc.

and update. Last night i started and did 3k's as mentioned and soccer followed after it. and my calfs are fkn killing me lol so ill walk for a bit tonight and pick up the jogging tomoro
