im going to begin my new cardio weight loss program!.
-Mondays im going to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes followed by indoor soccer.
-Tuesdays a morning jog
-wednesday walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes 10 minute jog/sprint intervals
-Thursdays Jog
-Friday (maybe a day off but if not then treadmill walk)
-Saturday will rotate with friday if i dont take the day off
-Sunday soccer with friends.
going to try and do this aswell as eat healthier and throw in some pushups and situps when i rememer lol. Main thing i want to do is just get some better fitness in me.
Starting today Monday. Im currently 83-4 kilos whichi is like 6 kilos above the normal range for my height. but unfortunately i have skinny legs so i dont get an even spread!
