Tom's Trousers/Jeans in Promo Pics - What Are They?

I really want to know what jeans or trousers tom is wearing in the promo pictures for Box Car Racer.

They don't look like the regular Dickies so wondered if anyone had any more ideas.



Also appears to be wearing them in the Rock Show video

Saying that I can now make out the tiny dickies logo in the video and that second picture.

The only ones I can find with that logo on the leg are the double knee work pants and they look totally dorky.

Another dump question but I take it they buy a few sizes too big, and is that waist size or length wise.

I was assuming some people on here would be sad enough to try and emulate their look lol, I suppose a lot of people not walk about like Tom's current style so suppose his old style is more unique...or out of date depending your view.
