it's really not that hard if you practice a lot at a really slow tempo.
your muscles will remember exactly what to do and you'll be able to play it up to speed.

correct me if im wrong but its all a linear drumming beat, the key to doing these is counting so dont be too impressed with the guys 3 trys, linear drumming is like riding a bike.
