Fuck being sick

Its amazing how fast the common cold can come out of no where. Yesterday morning I was completely fine then later on... had a sore throat coming on. FUCK. Then my symptoms just got worse and worse. Trying to sleep with a cold is so difficult. I woke up every single hour of the night last night. I feel like complete shit and have already went through 3 boxes of tissues. This really pisses me off, I try so hard to keep my immune system strong. I am almost certain that my immune system is so bad from smoking so much weed in the past.

Sorry I dont know why I felt the need to make a thread, I just had to let this out. No medicine is working for me. Ive been taking 4 decongestant pills every couple hours, they do NOTHING. God damnit

Zinc lozenges.
They don't work after you're already sick, but take one the second you feel something coming on or when you've been exposed to someone sick. They work miracles for me.

Ugh the thing is I did take one last night right when I felt the sore throat coming on. I should have taken one like every other hour.

i dont mind the snow, but after a while, especially in feb, i get tired of it. im ready for 50 degree weather or warmer.

Been sick since Sunday. Got only 2 hours of sleep last night. Can't fall back asleep because my nose is so congested. I hate this :(

When you have a sore throat, gargle warm water and salt. That is the better than any anti-bac lozengers.

and just drink in general about 3 litres of water (usually warm as cold water can irritate)

Prepare yourselves, kids... winter is coming again. Or... at least, autumn.

Here, where I'm now in Spain, we went from this last saturday at 42șC from a super fresh 20șC. Woah! September strikes back hard.
