I forgot (along with plenty of people) to mention Plastic Beach by the Gorillaz.
That was a pretty solid album.  Probably in my top 5 of 2010.

psh i didn't forget :P that albums so tight.

Yeah it is, I remember I listened to it a few times when it first leaked and then sort of forgot about it.  I'm an idiot for ignoring it all this time!

The only thing that has really struck me is The Wonder Years and Four Year Strong.  I haven't bought much new music this year.  I haven't really listened to American Slang yet even though I downloaded it when it leaked but sounds like the Gaslight that I love.

Only thing I'm looking forward to now is a new TBS.

(even though the demos were better)

I think these are the only albums I've downloaded/bought from this year. I won't lie...I liked Ke$ha's album too.

I wanna check out the Gorillaz new one.

Oh, and..

let's get out of here

Total Life Forever and Say Anything are the best albums I've heard this year. But then again I've been out of action musically for a while.

Against Me - White Crosses
Beach House - Teen Dream
Alcest - Écailles de Lune
Fake Problems - Real Ghosts Caught On Tape
Arcade Fire - The Suburbs

The only stand outs I can think of from this year.

The Wonder Years is definitely good, but not great.
American Slang was a bull shit follow up to The 59' Sound. It sounds forced and rushed.

Fox Mulder, FBI.

BMTH, YMA6 and hellogoodbye are my favourites of the year.

MCS was a bit of a let down.
